At Zeptick, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Watches with removed tags or signs of wear are not eligible for return

2. Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving the item

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product

  • Our team will review and confirm if your return is eligible

3. Approved Returns

  • If approved, we will share the return address

  • Customer is responsible for sending the product back via any courier

  • Shipping charges for return are to be paid by the customer

4. Refunds

  • Refund is issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • Refund is made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 working days

  • In case of product exchange, a new item will be sent after return is received

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items returned without original box or packaging

  • Any item returned after the 3-day window

6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours

  • Share clear photos of the item and packaging for verification

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
